Description
The product is produced from carefully selected fruit, 100% natural, whole, healthy and mature. Raw material is selected and classified by degree of maturity, is washed and disinfected. The product is then induced to maturity, disinfected again, pitted, peeled, sliced, and dipped in acidified solution to prevent browning. It is then individually quick frozen and packed.
