Veggie Fries – A delicious alternative to French Fries!

Looking for a savory treat? Potato French Fries are delicious and we have the perfect line extension! VLM is excited to be offering IQF Veggie Fries alongside our French Fries.  They are an indulgence made from carrots and parsnips.  The vegetables provide a slightly sweet taste while being offered in a fun and popular style.

Ingredients:
carrots, parsnips, sunflower oil

Allergens:
Gluten

Description:
These carrot and parsnip fries, pre-fried in sunflower oil, are deliciously crunchy.
They can be prepared in the deep fryer or the oven.

Preparation:

Bake in Oven: Place in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°c for 20-25 min or until golden and crispy, turning once.
Tip: They become extra crispy by using aluminum foil on the baking tray.

Deep-fry: Deep-fry for 3-4 minutes in pre-heated oil of 180°C. Do not fry too many product at once to avoid having heat loss.
